This Purchase Policy has been created to ensure a smooth and satisfactory buying experience for every customer. By placing an order with DeskSquare Furniture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below.

Most of the furniture manufactured by DeskSquare Furniture is custom-made according to the customer’s preferred design, dimensions, fabric, colour, finish, and material selection. Since every piece is individually crafted, slight variations in wood grain, fabric texture, stitching, polish, or dimensions may naturally occur. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects but are a characteristic of handcrafted furniture.

An order is considered confirmed only after the customer approves the product specifications and the agreed advance payment has been received. Once the production process has commenced, modifications to the design, dimensions, materials, or colour may not be possible. Customers are therefore requested to carefully verify all specifications before confirming their order.

The estimated manufacturing and delivery period depends on the complexity of the furniture design, availability of materials, and production schedule. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, transportation issues, natural events, or other unavoidable situations may occasionally extend the delivery schedule. In such cases, customers will be informed as early as possible.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location has sufficient access for the furniture being delivered. Doorways, staircases, elevators, passages, and installation areas should be measured in advance to avoid delivery complications. If additional manpower, lifting equipment, dismantling, or repeat delivery is required because of site restrictions, additional charges may apply.

Upon delivery, customers are requested to inspect the furniture carefully before accepting the order. Any visible transportation damage, manufacturing defect, or incorrect product should be reported immediately to our delivery team or customer support. Once the product has been accepted without any observations, it will be considered delivered in satisfactory condition unless a hidden manufacturing defect is identified during the applicable warranty period.

Because our furniture is manufactured specifically according to each customer’s requirements, custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after production has started, except in cases where the product contains a verified manufacturing defect or differs substantially from the approved order specifications. Ready-stock products may be considered for return or exchange only after inspection and approval by DeskSquare Furniture and in accordance with our applicable return conditions.

DeskSquare Furniture provides a warranty against genuine manufacturing defects for eligible products. The warranty covers defects arising from workmanship or manufacturing under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading caused by sunlight, accidental damage, misuse, water damage, improper cleaning methods, pet damage, sharp object cuts, burns, stains, overloading, commercial use unless specifically agreed, or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons.

Proper care and maintenance are essential for extending the life of your furniture. Customers are advised to keep furniture away from excessive moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and harsh chemicals. Regular cleaning using appropriate methods and following our care instructions will help maintain the appearance and durability of the furniture for many years.

DeskSquare Furniture reserves the right to update product specifications, pricing, materials, designs, and these policies without prior notice whenever necessary. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed unless mutually agreed between the customer and the company.

All purchases made through DeskSquare Furniture are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the purchase, delivery, warranty, or use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
